A truly terrible stay. We arrived in the evening after a 6-hour drive and realized that only one of the two beds had been made. I decided to call customer service, who told me that no one was there to make it and that I had to go get the supplies to make the bed myself. They assured me that someone would come the next day to make my bed (two days later, no one had come). I complained a second time and was assured twice that I would receive a gift as compensation. As you can imagine, I never received anything. Furthermore, we were kicked out at 1 a.m. because of a fire alarm that didn't actually result in a fire. I complained again because it was the third problem in two days, and I was also promised a 15% discount on the stay. Of course, I haven't heard anything more about this discount since no one has replied to my messages since. Although the hotel rooms are nice, the service is truly lacking, promising benefits you'll never see! They're liars! Oh, and downstairs from the hotel, there's an area opposite a McDonald's where lots of men gather, hang out, and smoke, so the atmosphere when you leave the hotel is awful. I really don't recommend it!

er is een keukentje met 2 kookplaten in de kamer. Toen tijdens het maken van een maaltijd het alarm afging, werd ik verwijderd uit het hotel zonder refund. Omdat zij hoge kosten zouden hebben door het afgaan alarm.
