Overall, the environment was okay, and the space was decent. However, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room weren't particularly good. There were no lockers or storage cabinets to put things, and no space for luggage. The safe was also very, very small, couldn't hold anything, and offered no way to store luggage. All in all, it was still okay, and the value for money was quite good, suitable for one person.

Pleasant hotel close to Rotterdam Central station. Friendly staff with plenty of English. Seems to have some oirt of "fast food" Indian restaurant attatched, menu card was in the room. Kettle and tea bags (no coffee) in the room.

We had a lovely stay in the king family room. It was a nice clean room with king size bed and bunk bed. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The bathroom was a good size and clean. We left our bags in their storage the next day which was easy and safe. We would stay here again.

Beyond its proximity to Central Station, this hotel has no other redeeming qualities. It's often crowded with South Asian and dark-skinned individuals, leading to a rather chaotic atmosphere. The cleanliness is subpar, and the room ventilation is poor, resulting in unpleasant odors – though to be fair, other hotels in this area aren't much better. If you're visiting the Netherlands, I'd recommend avoiding accommodation in Rotterdam altogether; the experience is truly awful.

The location is great, very close to the train station. I was given a room on the 7th floor, and they allowed me to check in early. The front desk staff was excellent. You can also store your luggage for free. The views are fantastic, and it's very convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants right next to the exit.

Great location, comfy bed, powerful shower & lovely view. Also was close to gluten free restaurant. Don't be put off by the outside - the inside is fine!

The ledges, corners, and edges in the room were covered with a thick layer of dust. Other than that, it's a fine location for one night. The bed was comfortable, although the bathroom was a bit dated.

I rented an apartment nearby but it wasn't ready yet, so I stayed at this hotel for two days after landing. It's very close to the Central Station; just head right from the north exit, walk straight until you hit the main road, then turn left and you're there. It's about a 15-30 minute walk, depending on your pace. The room facilities are simple and clean. I needed to print a couple of pages temporarily, and the front desk staff kindly printed them for free. The pictures show the surrounding street and neighborhood. Right across from the hotel, you can catch various buses that take you downtown, and you can get off right at the hotel entrance on your way back. Tapping your credit card for boarding and alighting is very convenient. Within about a 15-minute walk, there's a Turkish supermarket, an Aldi, and an AH supermarket, so finding food isn't an issue, but I didn't see any bakeries or coffee shops.

Joselina the receptionist she is so accommodating and helpful, i like the idea of the wheel of fortune and the free water in the lobby and has kettle and coffee in the room.. overall stay is great

The accommodation here was spacious, clean, and tidy. However, I was a bit disappointed that there was no microwave or facilities to prepare meals. The view was good, and the location was excellent as well.

This hotel was just perfect for a quick one night stay. Room was spacious and clean. Not too far from the centre easily walkable to shopping and food. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

The hotel room was good and hygienic. A tidy room with a spacious shower. TV and a comfortable bed. The entrance could use an upgrade, like fixing the tiles on the stairs, and perhaps something for smokers, like a canopy on the inner deck so they don't have to smoke by the front door? That would improve the hotel's first impression as a calling card. (Just a suggestion) Friendly service in multiple languages. We had a positive experience.

It's within walking distance of Rotterdam Central Station. That's all. The room was dimly lit and very hot. The air conditioning was broken and didn't work. The bathroom and toilet were dirty. The only nice thing was that they had free coffee and tea in the lounge. That's all.
