The hotel offered an overall satisfactory stay. Breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable selection. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may be inconvenient without transport. The room was fine and met basic expectations. Staff were polite and adequate. A plus point is the availability of a car park, which is convenient for guests with cars.

A all in all great stay for our family. The hotel‘s location is not directly in the city center so to say (though nice and quiet), but you‘ll be in the middle of the hustle and bustle within approx. 10 min with the nearby metro. facilities were great, a spacious and clean room, modern standard. Best thing about the stay was the helpful and kind staff, lovely people. i‘d recommend and come back. best wishes from keulen!

This location is good for younger travellers who are travelling light as there is a distance between the hotel and the nearest train station. Also the nearest amenities like grocery store and cafes located in the Eramus University campus across the road, more senior travellers may feel out of place when patronising. The hotel staff are in general friendly but not all. It has a very stern early check in rules if you are not an Ascot member.

Great location if you need to be near the University Campus , 5km away from downtown . Extremely welcoming and helpful staff . Large, quiet rooms with large interactive TV and modern bathrooms with walk in showers. Large comfortable beds to help a great nights sleep . Good quality buffet breakfast and affordable dinner menu. Small self service retail area a great bonus selling drinks and snacks etc. Small gym with limited exercise equipement but all in working order . Enjoyable stay

The hotel location was very nice beacause it was not far from the public transports and it was near spar. Very clean but 3 stars for the amenities because we have seen a fridge in the hotel room photos but there was no fridge in the actual room!
