Love the hotel and location is nearby the rotterdam central station. The room is a decent space where you can easily place your big luggages😀

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in.

Great location, especially if you’re driving — very convenient with nearby parking. I pre-booked parking through Interparking, which turned out to be much more cost-effective than on-site options. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained — overall a solid stay in terms of comfort and quality. One downside: the elevators were under renovation during my stay, so there was some waiting time, especially during peak hours.

Wonderful hotel! Great staff. Very accommodating. The hotel is situated in a nice spot. Everything’s within walking distance. The room was big and comfortable. I had a great stay. Enjoy!

Good location near central station and many shops, cafe, tram in front of hotel, friendly staff

Fantastic hotel in a perfect location. Very close to centraal train station and with lots of lovely bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep as well as a supermarket just around the corner. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The room was amazing, large and spacious, very comfortable bed and lovely shower. The facilities are perfect with a coffee machine, robes, fridge and lovely shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body cream. Thoroughly recommend this hotel!

Room: our room was quite spacious (enough to open 2 large suitcases), appreciated shower gel, conditioner and body lotion was included in the bathroom, the shower and water temperature were nice. One point on the cleanliness: was a bit dusty underneath the bathroom faucet/towel rack floor area. Location: relatively convenient, less than 10min walk from the central train station, still manageable for us while carrying 2 heavy large suitcases. But if we had more to bring, we might need a taxi. Overall, we had a good stay. On arrival, we noticed one of the hotel lifts is currently undergoing renovation (as of 26th Apr), which made the waiting time longer. And right in front of the hotel main entrance, there's also construction undergoing. Our room was assigned on the other side so we didn't hear any noise. Another side note is that the deposit is 50 euros by card payment, the indication of 100 euro on booking confirmation is applicable to cash payment.

Great stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Room lovely and clean. Downside was only 1 lift was working so it could sometimes take up to 15 minutes to get to the ground floor!

Everything is fine. However, there was renovation work in front of the hotel, making it a bit inconvenient to get in.
