I booked a single room for myself. I arrived early so gave them my luggage to put in their storage room, to my bad luck it was stored on the top shelf, with sharp edges (there is a padding usually, but on this specific shelf they put my bag on it was not there! so the sharp edge pierced through my suitcase and create a nice hole in it! So annoying!!
Also everything in the room reminds you you're in budget place, the bathroom door in my door and the wall had some writings, they never bothered to repaint these. The window does not properly close and has no lock mechanism, but they assume given that my room was not on the street it's ok to leave it like that. They use "mattress covers" as bed sheet, while usually most other hotels/hostel have soft sheets for comfort on top of the mattress cover that serves as a protection for the mattress (usually spill proof, etc).
The people are nice, tho can't complain about them, also you might be luckier and end up in a better room, so my personal experience with the hotel overall and the facilites was mediocre, but it might depend on your luck.
