Horrible hotel, good location but super super dirty. There is a stain on white bed sheet, luggage storage is unsafe, no lock, very dirty. No amenities in the room, not even glass of water, no kettle, no water, not even HEATER. You are freezing in the room and the receptionist gave you a small heater fan! I was reading the reviews and I thought it could fix but it wasn’t ! During my stay there was a toilet issue. Water mixed with someone’s poop reversed back to the toilet even the first time check in, I reported 3 times and the whole room smell like public toilet. Horrible stay Most horrible hotel in my life.

The Room was extremely cold and loud. We couldn’t sleep there and after asking at the reception, they only offered a „hearter“ (see in the picture) which didn’t not help at all and the employees were being rude to us for not being satisfied with thw room and reporting it.

For me, my experience and my expectations the room was okay, but the room in the  corner is a little dirty. And have mosquito and I can’t sleep well  😴because of that I thought I can relax and rest but not but yea  and their elevator I feel I’m stocked when I’m inside   Because of the door  I hope they fix it so anyone not scared when they use it  🙏 and.  The staff are friendly they assist you with the smile 😊 thank you
