Was a normal place to stay. Everything was ok. Easy to access the town, so a perfect location. Friendly price too.

10 mins walk from Central station . The breakfast was good .Lovely!😊

The location was realy good. Near the city center and central station. The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was realy easy and smooth. The only downside was the mattress which was not realy the best or confortable for a longer stay like more than 2 nights.

The room is too small, the price is too high, and the cost performance is not high. Maybe it's like this in Europe

Arrived early to the luggage storage location a bit far from the central station the nearest metro station are although walking 12mins to reach the room no heating with air conditioning adjust the heating but more than 10 minutes apart will automatically switch back to air conditioning that night almost cold sick finally had to close the cover good quilt Don't be caught in the wind The most worthy plus is that the hotel includes a buffet breakfast  Overall, the food supply is enough and the taste is good! 

Good stay, the hotel is located near the train station in town. Quiet, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped room. Breakfast is a buffet which offers a choice.

I went to Rotterdam for a weekend with a friend. The location of this hotel was ideal. Central location, 10min walk from the station and the center. Breakfast is until 10 am, but that also means that at 10 am there is nothing or not much choice left. We had also asked through Trip for 2 separate beds and once there we had 1 double. Because the room is always quite warm, this was not so pleasant. We also slept on the street side so we had some noise from the street. Coffee machine and kettle in the room with free coffee and tea was a plus

Very spacious and modern room Comfort ++ of the bedding / very large bathroom and shower. Parking service at 13€ advantage to take into account! Tram at 5 min (buy tickets before on the internet) Otherwise 20 / 30 min walk from the city center, cubic house and bars of the port. Breakfast very varied quality products and in a beautiful bright room Very kind personal

No heating in our room, but I rate it 7/10.

Good location, good Wifi. The breakfast food is plentiful. An unhappy incident happened. We initially rented bicycles for the hotel for 2 days. They charged me 100 euros in cash for 13 yuan per day and 25 yuan for 2 days, of which 50 yuan was the 2-day rent plus 50 yuan. The deposit was given to me with a receipt. Finally, I decided to add an extra day of bicycles to the Hague, so when I returned to the hotel at about 5:00 on the 21st, I told the lady on duty that I would rent an extra day, and gave her the bicycle key number, and she called. I can give 25 euros. I'll give her 25 euros in cash. But she didn't give me the receipt. On the 22nd, I handed the bike key to the lady on duty that day (not the one who charged me 25 in cash). She told me that in the record, I only paid the single fee for 2 days and there was no record for the third day. I told her that it was her other person. She insisted that we didn't pay, and she didn't even ask other female colleagues to ask, only that we didn't have a receipt for the third day. Just put us a deposit of 50-26 yuan. Get back 24 yuan to us. Unfortunately, we had to pay an extra 26 euros. We couldn't do anything because our English was not good, because we didn't get the receipt. Everyone here needs a receipt for everything. This hotel left me so disappointed and angry at the end 😤😤😤.
