Staff were friendly, the room was spacious but very cold. Kettle in room no tea, coffee or cups very strange lol. Holes in the curtains. The location is good and a great bar next door, very nice cocktails. The hotel would not be ideal for people with mobility issues.

New Ocean is no Paradise. It's a good-looking floating hotel near the Euromast, with a good if over-priced Chinese buffet restaurant on the ground floor. But the rooms, costing us 120euro a night, are awful. While they are large, they are dirty and have no amenities. The bed we had was uncomfortable, the TV didn't work, and everything was shabby and tired-looking. The bathroom was basic and the drinks provided were never refreshed in our three day stay. Can't recommend this place.

Hotel on a floating Chinese restaurant and supermarket on the river Maas. Had a lot of character and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Bonus points for the buffer restaurant being amazing!

This hotel doesn't deserve any stars. It's very dated and rarely cleaned. The entire hotel stinks.

Das war die schlechteste Ente, die wir je gegessen haben. Viele Knochen, sehr wenig Fleisch. Die Nudeln gingen gerade so. Wahrscheinlich haben wir als Touristen die Abfälle erhalten. Die Bedienung war freundlich, ging aber auf unsere Kritik nicht ein.

Erg prijzig voor deze accommodatie. Kapotte gordijnen. Het geheel oogt wat smoezelig. De koudwaterkraan geeft heet water en de warmwaterkraan geeft koud water. Het was gelukkig maar voor één nachtje. Verder wel vriendelijk ontvangen bij de receptie.

Na een hoop slechte recensies, waren onze verwachtingen zeer laag. Ja je ruikt dat je op een Chinese restaurant boot loggeert. Maar prijs kwaliteit was het zeker ok. Grote kamer en tegen ons was het personeel zeer vriendelijk.
