A good clean and simple hotel. A brilliant location with its on car park, if you are parking at the hotel car park the spaces are very tight. The hotel is in a great location easy walking distance to the cathedral and other attractions. We’ve used this hotel as stop over on our way back to Calais from The LoireI and it was perfect, only 2 hours away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We rely on reviews for our trips when we don’t know where we are and this got good reviews on ***********. The room is small, we faced the back parking lot, the mattress was thin and they use the plastic cover under the sheet which is very hot. The breakfast was the worst we have had on the road since leaving the United States. Everything from a can, awful cheese, thick, chewy ham, canned fruit, sliced white bread. It was atrocious and it was an extra charge. We were shocked as we have stayed on the road many times all over France and this was un-acceptable, especially in a country where food is the highlight. Do not stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately we did not use this hotel,after booking the room on trip.com it turned out that there were no rooms in this hotel.The lady in the reception laid out her hands and offered us to stay in another hotel.We were transferred to the Campanille Hotel.Far from a city with taxi fee in its own range. Scandal. But such things happen. We were unhappy at the remote hotel, however, we spent a nice three days in the beautiful city of Rouen. The request for the hotel reception is that you use more to check your reservations and notify any changes a little earlier so that you don't stay under the sky.and the end was huge.

Rouen was our last stop to break up a long journey back to Calais, we needed a convenient hotel located close to the city centre to squeeze in a bit of sightseeing. Hôtel de Québec was a great choice, the location was perfect and the hotel was clean and very comfortable, it seemed to have been very recently renovated and we took a family room for the 4 of us. We found the owners to be very polite and helpful. Although we speak French, their English is excellent! It is a bit noisy if you have to open the windows, that’s the trade-off for a city centre location. But a powerful fan was provided and that made our room cool enough. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice and a reasonable price. We’d definitely stay again.
