Round Lake is a 3,054 acre lake and home to bluegill, muskie, northern, walleye, bass, rainbow and brown trout.Our four bedroom home on Big Round Lake has generous square footage for a family gathering or just a quiet weekend for two alone. An open concept main level living area with a fireplace is cozy and inviting while the walkout lower level provides an additional family room for card playing and games. The home comfortably sleeps 12 and is conveniently located 8 miles from the quaint downtown of Hayward, WI.Two bedrooms on the main floor are furnished with king beds, one lower level bedroom boasts a king bed, bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The second lower level bedroom includes a queen bed and full laundry facilities.This summer you will be able to enjoy the crystal clear waters of Round Lake and a crisp sunrise out the bay window that will not disappoint as you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast! As the sun begins set you might also catch a gorgeous moonrise shimmering over the water. When you are not on the water, Linden Road provides the perfect location to take a leisurely walk or bike ride under a tree canopy. Water shoes are recommended as some areas have a gravel bottom.Round Lake is approximately a 3,000 acre lake with 19 miles of shoreline with many bays. The lake is a spring fed lake and is so clear - you can see the bottom at 10 ft. It has a sandy bottom and shoreline and is great for swimming, fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing. Round lake does have a public beach for kids to enjoy a sandy beach. There are several other beaches and sand bars obtainable by boat.For your convenience, there is an on lake boat rental service located at Round Lake Marina.Please refer to the rental agreement prior to booking.This is not a party house.
