When we started the heat on the air conditioner a sewage smell built up. We turned it to cool and I got better however the outside temperature was freezing point. So we had a cold night with some smell, not pleasant.

I left a piece of luggage behind when I checked out. The front desk staff and manager were very helpful in arranging for me to recover it.

Check in was easy, hotel looks good outside and most of the inside was in good shape. Heater took a while to work in the room. The biggest problem was breakfast, I always pick this hotel for the great breakfast. But this place only had bagels and eggs. Thats it. Very frustrating to plan a stop with breakfast, and not have it. They just said, we dont have it. Nothing was stated. Nothing was posted. It was frustrating.

The price was reasonable. The hotel was a little run down. There was no toothpaste in the room, the buttons to the elevator were broken and the AC in our room wasn't cooling.

The property was average. For the most part it was clean in the lobby and the room. Hallways couple of used more cleaning. There was a very odd and not pleasant smell in the 4th floor hallway. Breakfast was your very basic average hotel breakfast. Nothing special.

Was a nice clean property. The only negative was they had a really bad gnat problem. They weren't biters but they were a nuisance up until about 1½ hours after lights out.
