The snow hotel is really nice and the ice craft are pretty cool🤩🤩🤩The staff are also very friendly and welcoming🤍

For the price we paid in March, it’s not exactly a premium accommodation. Mainly there to have an igloo experience, though the space in the igloo is limited. No luck with the Aurora in the night we stayed. Breakfast is impressive! And free visit to the snow hotel:)

We stayed in snowhotel for 1 night. Sleeping bags were not comfortable, we could hardly get any sleep. Breakfast was nice, with good vegetarian options as well. All the amenities were good, snow sauna, bonfire in kota restaurant, snow slide and sky bar.

The location is night with snow village but the room too small and dont have much amenities

Very beautiful glass igloos, very clean, enough hot water, very great experience even can’t see the northern light.

The Glass Igloo is small and not much space to open the luggage, however they have a very nice hot water shower which has around max. 25mins which you will be able to relax from whole day travel ☺️ . The location is not near airport, takes almost 40mins. shuttle bus from Santa Clause village to hotel. Though this location is really good for the chance of seeing Northern Lights ! We did ! Unluckily their ice bar and ice restaurant both under renovation and we don’t have chance to experience. That’s the downside of it.

The environment and facilities are very good and the room is clean. Dinner buffet and breakfast are rich. The room has a northern lights alarm clock. We were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. The only drawback is that the shuttle bus fare is expensive. The train station costs $30/person one way, and $20/person to the city centre.

The hotel is clean, lots of activities, very good restaurants including Kota, ice restaurant, and breakfast. You can see the northern lights from the accommodation.

The hotel is relatively clean, the food is not delicious and the price is very expensive. The reception is not open 24 hours a day and it is difficult to get drinking water at night. The hotel's special car service to and from the city center and the airport is very expensive. The price/performance ratio is quite low.
