Fantastic! Booking this hotel was a bit of a happy accident. Last year, I only stayed two nights in Dubrovnik, Croatia, in an old town guesthouse with steep stairs and a mediocre room. I saw a luxurious hotel by the bay and thought I should come back, revisit my favorite restaurant right in the middle of the bay, and stay at that hotel. This time, I went straight to Dubrovnik from Zagreb and reported to the hotel lobby, only to be told my reservation wasn't for *this* hotel, but another one behind the ridge. However, they were part of the same group, and they immediately whisked us away in an electric cart. At that moment, my heart sank with immense disappointment. But once we arrived, I realized what a blessing in disguise it was! The hotel's design is incredibly tasteful, with generous spaces and spacious, comfortable rooms. Unexpectedly, while I didn't get the panoramic sunset view of Dubrovnik's old town I had originally envisioned, I was greeted by the magnificent elegance of the Rixos Dubrovnik, facing a lush pine forest on a gentle, winding slope. The hotel's pool absolutely deserves praise; a series of curved pools connected together, with ancient pine trees on the hillside in the background, creating a regal and exquisite ambiance. What's even more amazing is that the pool actually uses seawater! I've been to dozens of countries in Europe and America and have never encountered that before! The smooth, wave-free flow of the seawater in the pool was incredibly comfortable. The pool's sloped entry was also ergonomically designed, making it very easy to get in and out. The private beach area just tens of meters away was also impeccable. Best of all, getting to Dubrovnik's old town via the coastal path was very convenient, completely dispelling my worries about the distance. Breakfast was incredibly generous and definitely worth praising. The front desk staff were excellent, patiently answering our questions and helping us plan our next steps. I managed to get a promotional discount, paying around 2400 RMB for two nights, which I felt was excellent value for money! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to friends so they can enjoy the royal grandeur of the pool, set against a lush pine forest on a soothing hillside. It offers a rare and distinguished vacation experience! I might even come back to stay a few more days next time I'm in Europe!

The hotel is amazing in it self, but adding to that are the amazing, friendly, people that work in it. The rooms are spacious and very clean, location is superb for Rovinj, especially if you have a little child than there are a lot of stroller friendly walk paths.

Everything perfect, we loved the place. Surrounding is beau, there is everything you might imagine in a hotel, game room, kids playroom, super nice staff, breakfast superb. We’ll be back for sure.

We had a very nice room with a view of the park and the bay. The breakfast had a huge selection, everything you could wish for. However, I find the price of the Aperol Spritz in the bar at €11.50, which comes with a lot of ice, very overpriced. The receptionist drove our car to the parking lot, which was great service. We'll definitely spend our short break there again!

This is a wonderful hotel; we've stayed there five times already. The spa has an indoor pool, saunas, steam rooms, and a jacuzzi. Covered parking is available, and the breakfasts are fantastic. The hotel staff was a 10 out of 10.

The service was excellent and helpful. The food was excellent, both at breakfast and in the restaurant. The downsides include poor lighting in the bathroom (some women complained, but it was fine for me). Several charging stations are available for electric cars.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with warm and attentive service. Rooms are well-equipped, with soft bedding and good soundproofing. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again!

Good hotel, great location with its own park and beach. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas available. Only the breakfast room gets a bit busy in the morning. Overall, highly recommended!

It was another lovely stay. The room was clean, but a bit worn. The loungers on the beach are old and some of them are worn out. They could be repaired or replaced. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. The staff in all areas is extremely friendly and helpful. There are still no hand showers in the showers.
