Motel 6 Rowland Heights, CA - Los Angeles - Pomona

Booked this for my boss. It was decent, nothing special. The room was quite small, but it offered good value for money.

The front desk staff were very welcoming, and it offers great value for money. Parking was also convenient.

Convenient location, close to the Chinese business district.

If you're using a rental car, parking is free, and it's a great place to stay for an affordable price. It's right off the freeway, so it has excellent access to everywhere.

Honestly, it's just a place to sleep at night. The heating works well, and even though the duvet is thin, there are extra blankets. They don't provide any toiletries like toothbrushes, which was a bit of a hassle. Luckily, we brought our own slippers, and we didn't even dare to use the hotel's towels. The laundry service was terrible and felt like a rip-off.

The sheets in the room were incredibly thin. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, or combs, which was very inconvenient. However, the price was fair, the front desk service was good, and the environment was clean and hygienic.

The duvet in the room was really thin, but thankfully the heating worked.

This was a truly unforgettable experience, and not in a good way. The bed in the room was so saggy it was impossible to sleep on. The temperature that day was around 18 degrees Celsius, but the heating didn't work at all. What's even stranger is that there was no duvet, just a thin sheet. When I tried to tell the front desk, they completely ignored me. I barely slept the entire night. I had to leave early at 5 AM, but there were no staff members around until almost 6 AM when I could finally hand in my keys. This was an absolutely terrible experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I paid nearly 2200 TWD for a room like this! I really hope people thoroughly check what they're booking next time. I also haven't received any response from Trip.com!
