Nice and clean, but don’t expect to be proper hotel, also check in is at 10am, but so far good location, nice and tidy, friendly stuff!

Quiet and clean, great and helpful staff

The new hotel is located between 2 stations Deptford and Cutty Sark either of those has to walk 10 min. I got off Deptford, and it looked a bit rough, they have self-checking and the staff was nice and the room was decent.

The facility is very clean but for around $150 a night the room is not up to standard. Although clean, the room that you receive is tiny with no extra amenities. The shower is very small and water often leaks onto the ground. The bed is comfortable, but there are no windows in the room, which is advertised to keep your zen. But for the price, I wouldn’t say this hotel is worth it. 

Clean fresh and welcoming modern hotel with beautiful options in the development. Access to Greenwich within minutes, for restaurants, bars and sightseeing. The Uber boat at the Cutty Sark is a perfect way to get into London.

it has a concept of minimalism, but it is too minimal that you have to rent hair drier if it is available. I could not wash my head because there was no hair drier to rent.

I think this hotel will be like Marmite for some, you'll either love it or you'll hate it. You'll get a clean quiet room with no windows and excellent aircon and a bathroom with an average shower (could be more powerful). The WiFi is excellent, one of the best I've used in a hotel. Although it ought to be as there's no TV. And no refreshments. And no desk. And no wardrobe. Basically bring an electronic device of sorts or lots of books, and some refreshments. Very friendly staff too and a decent location very close to the Cutty Sark and Deptford train station. Room cleaned daily, bins emptied and fresh towels but bed not made.

I arrived at Zedwell for 2 nights for job interview in the City. PLEASE do not believe their marketing statement that the rooms are designed for ‘Zen’. The hotel is basically built like a barebones student accommodation, I’m not kidding. I thought I wouldn’t get claustrophobic because I’m not. But please read the reviews, the room literally made me have a mental breakdown for real - I had to step outside every 2 hours - to get my ‘zen’ back. The bed is like a student accommodation mattress, the pillows are terrible so is the duvet - the towels are so bad. Look, if they were marketing this as something new and great - no windows just total zen… Surely the pillows, mattress and everything else would be of higher quality right? Guess not. There is one guy from the service desk he’s great and friendly, but around 2 other service desk employees just mess around and talk to each other which makes the whole ordeal of asking for service and stuff very uncomfortable. The Hotel states that if you need anything just WhatsApp them… By the way, they take 2 days to reply back to WhatsApp messages. Look, I’m not mad, I’m not exaggerating, but this is how it is. The whole hotel thing wasn’t terrrrrible, but it was bad. Would I stay again? Definitely not. Do I regret it? not necessarily. Happy to help, thanks for taking the time to read the review.

I'm in love with this hotel for so many reasons. It's a no fuss hotel where you truly are able to rest and recoup

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the room had a relaxing feel to it and was well maintained, the hand soap and shower gel smells amazing. The staff were also brilliant during our stay.
