Apartments Near the O2

They close office at 11 pm

No hot water; Called and emailed 2x and it was never fixed; washer/dryer was broken; not enough toiletries provided; emailed management on last day requesting a rebate; would not recommend or rebook in the future. Also, couldn’t control thermostat at night so it was stifling hot!

The money price is no where worth the stay. .TV not working . Boiling kettle for tea/coffe smelling like hell… . The Entry system horrible not friendly with people with back and knee pains. . Noisy as crazy . Deity surrounding and dusty as hell. . Funny stairs not good. 2nd level is like more like a 4th floors climbing The Greenhouse in Charlton SE10 “Horrible experience

I booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment for 1 night as I was going to the o2 to watch a concert with my family, After booking the room I read the reviews and was very worried about what would ensue. To be fair the apartment was fine it was clean and modern and just the job. Anyone booking here should ignore the bad comments about the apartments there was nothing wrong with them, they are in a fantastic location for the o2 . There was some peeling paint in the bathroom the laminate flooring was loose in the hall, and a broken door handle to one of the bedrooms But these were cosmetic items that could easily be remedied, the bed were ok not amazing but fine, the check-in procedure is a bit of a hassle as it all done remotely and you need to check your email and send ID then a security deposit which was a first for me, then they emailed with a key code 3 p. We followed the instructions carefully and it went swimmingly smooth

This place is a scam. The boiler wasn’t working so we were freezing cold all night and couldn’t wash in the morning. Tried to call them several times with no answer. They said in the morning that I didn’t try to contact (I have proof I did) It’s unsafe to stay at this apartment

No wine glasses, just 2 half pint glasses and two pint glasses, couldn’t get out the back door to let in any air as it got very hot, bedroom on left could not open the curtains as there was no handle, same bedroom the bed was sloping quite bad and very unstable, shower in both showers were awful water coming out every direction and no force in the water at all, upstairs bathroom toilet holder was broken, broken bracelet and popped balloon left on the floor from the previous people, which I picked up myself and put in bin. Back garden looked a mess stinging nettles everywhere and gate open but couldn’t get out the back door to shut it as there was no key. Shower was dirty on the glass door in the en-suite.

Easy to access, warm, safe and sizeable. Perfect for a group or large family accessible to 02 or Greenwich. Crown pub up the road is great for refreshments, a pint and some nibbles

I would like a full refund the apartment was not up to standard the check in process was horrendous the apartment smelt funny which I raised with Ahmed the place was dusty the ba was dirty especially the toilet seat the lights didn’t work properly and kept flickering like a strobe light and my partner is epileptic so with that we had to leave I’d stayed there under 2 hours before checking out which Ahmed can confirm here is a video of the light
