The most astonishing experience. Right from the start we were treated with friendly staff. Received a complimentary upgrade to the most beautiful room on 15th floor overlooking the millennium dome. Fast track entrance to the O2 to attend the amazing Josh Groban concert and then back to the sky at on floor 18 for the amazing views. Quiet night sleep and a fabulous breakfast with lots of choice. The perfect night away from all the madness. Can’t wait for our next o2 concert to experience this great hotel again.

The hotel is a short walk from the nearest Jubilee line station. The facilities were a bit dated but well maintained. The staff were kind enough to help us celebrate our anniversary. Perfect stay!

My dad and I had a fantastic time staying at the Intercontinental hotel. The location was excellent and connected to the O2 Arena. The staff were all very polite and the food was incredible. The breakfast is worth every penny. It’s one of the best breakfasts my dad and I have ever had. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to stay at this hotel kind regards, Steve.

Booking a one-bedroom suite with kids was absolutely fantastic, especially with the sea view. The breakfast and pool were big hits with the little ones. Next time we have an event near the O2, we'll definitely book this place again.

So close to the venue! The scenery is beautiful! You can even walk along the river early in the morning! It's so quiet! And most importantly, the service is really excellent! I hope Trip.com can give feedback to the hotel about Atarve, the receptionist! Truly superb! So patient! And they even helped us with an early check-in! Felt right at home! I sincerely hope Trip.com partners more with hotels like this! A perfect trip!

This hotel is super convenient for O2 Arena events, with a dedicated hotel walkway that gets you there in just 3 minutes. The restaurant offers fantastic Thames river views overlooking Canary Wharf. The breakfast spread is also incredibly varied and excellent.
