Terrace House

The room was very clean, apart from one of the pillow case which was soil. Was very quiet and everything was at my finger tips. Perfect location and the restaurant was a 10/10 for me, staff treated me like family.

The room was disgusting, there was no hand soap, no towel to put outside the shower, looked out the window and there was a chicken breast with mould all over it. There was music playing till 2am so had no sleep. I had to complain on the second night as I couldn’t go through it again, we did get moved to a different room but shouldn’t have had to do that in the first place. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to get some sleep. Won’t be visiting again

Overall a decent stay for the price I got. My two problems were as follows: 1) when I came to check in, the person who did so read out both my room number and the key code to get into the room very loudly in front of quite a few people at the quieter outside seating area. Being a woman travelling solo, this made me feel quite uneasy. Fortunately, I think the only people in earshot were women, so I didn't mention anything, but I would have mentioned something if it had been men in earshot. Something to be wary of if you visit. 2) Quite a few things in the room were broken; the bin lid fell off when I opened it, the ironing board's base had fallen off, and the door to the en-suite wouldn't close (a sliding door that seemed to be stuck in the wall). It was mostly clean (aside from a hair in the shower, which is easy to miss). The bed was comfy, and the bedding was clean. It was quite loud at night with music from a nearby bar (not something to bother me as I can sleep through anything, and I think this is something to be expected for a place like this). The location was brilliant, very accessible to the rest of Leamington. Overall, an ok stay, no major complaints and no major compliments, just average.

Beautiful, clean and well equipped apartment with a huge cooper bathtub.

There was a loud vibrating hum coming through the outside wall and reverberating through the bed. I managed three hours of sleep! Terrible.

The worst Hotel we have ever stayed at. The room was dirty and hadn’t even been vacuumed. We just want a bed for the night and a good nights sleep, you can forget that here as the rooms are located above a nightclub. We didn’t sleep a wink as the noise continued until 5:30am. After that people were hanging around talking outside on the terrace. Stay well clear of this place!!!

Comfy bed, staff were very helpful, good location. There is club on bottom floor, something to watch out for. It wasnt a big deal for me as i had ear plugs.

Check in could be better. The check in experience wasn’t great as the man who greeted me seemed not to know I was arriving. He then passed me onto someone else who had me down as Kane rather than Jane. I was taken to my room but the start wasn’t welcoming. The room needs a bath mat
