A lovely couple of days spent here, the place was beautiful and the staff all excellent, they couldn't do enough for us. They also gave us a complimentary room upgrade as a great surprise, as we were celebrating my partner Tina's birthday. We would recommend Mallory Court unreservedly.

Lovely hotel full of character.Plumbing in bedroom was atrocious.Sewer smells,toilet cystern takes forever to refill,taps only trickle.Management admitted problems due to age of plumbing - SURELY THEY NEED TO SPEND THE MONEY TO SORT OUT

The original building that the Hotel was in had lots of character. The new build extension where l was given a room, its communal area carpets were very shabby.
Try getting from room One to the lift in the morning, which was a little challenge.

A charming and elegant hotel, matched by the charm and efficiency of the staff. Our bedroom was lovely, cosy and well-appointed -- apart from the absence of any storage drawers! Margaritas were too strong -- go easy on the vodka.

The service in this hotel is the best I have ever had in any hotel I’ve stayed in in the UK. Every detail is considered and thought of, you are made to feel instantly welcome and all the staff were wonderful!!!
The hotel is gorgeous and a quintessentially English decor with modern elements as well… perfect balance.
I can not speak highly enough about this hotel… it really did take service to the next level!!! Thank you to all the staff
