AFTER CLIMBING OVER 40 STAIRS THE ROOM WAS SO HOT AND SMELLY I HAD TO OPEN WINDOW THAT LET IN OVER 20 BLUEBOTTLES THE CARPET WAS STICKY THE CHAIR PLASTIC CAME OFF ON MY JEANS THE BATHROOM GIVES ME THE SHIVERS IT WAS SO GROSS WITH GREEN STUFF GROWING UP THE SIDE WHEN I ASKED TO CHANGE ROOMS DUE TO AMOUNT OF STAIRS AS MY FRIEND AND I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES AND THERE WERE FAR TO MANY STAIRS. I WAS TOLD NO MORE ROOMS AND NO REFUND SO I THEN SHOWED THE VERY NICE LADY BEHIND THE BAR THE PICS IVE UPLOADED SHE WAS HORRIFIED SO MUCH SHE MADE A CALL AND THE I GUESS MANAGER SAID GIVE THEM ROOM 4 TO WHICH SHE COULDNT FIND THE KEY TILL A COUPLE CAME AND HANDED IN KEY SHE GAME THE WITHOUT CLEANING ROOM AND SAID WE CAN STAY IN THIS ONE FOR OUR STAY THE NEW ROOM WAS BETTER AND WE KIND OF HAD NO OTHER OPTION BEING ALL THE WAY FROM LONDON THE BREAKFAST WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED IM VERY UPSET AS I WAS ADVISED THIS HOTEL WAS ONE OF THE BEST IM GLAD IT WAS NOT ONE OF THE WORST . I GET ITS NO REFUND BUT NO COMPENSATION OR GOOD WILL GESTURE NOT EVEN A BOTTLE OF WATER WHEN WE WAITING TO LEAVE VERY DISSAPOINTED X

Quite run down hotel. Staff were friendly. Stayed 2 nights and room wasn't cleaned or serviced. Ok for our short stay but wouldn't want to stay for longer.

Room was very warm in a hot day, I had to climb three floors of stairs. Breakfast choices very limited and poor.

We could t fault the hotel. We stayed there on a night out in Leamington. The price was very reasonable. We didn’t expect much due to the cost but we were pleasantly surprised. Kettle tea/coffee in the room. Toiletries in the bathroom. Fluffy towels. Mattresses very old though. Springs had gone but can’t say we were too uncomfortable. Road not too noisy. It even included breakfast! Would definitely stay again.

Center of Leamington Location close to Train Station. Public Car park just around the corner and on Street parking available a short walk away. Comfortable beds and excellent breakfast included. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms. Certainly great value for money.

Great value for money

Room was dusty, I had hay-fever all night for smelling and inhaling the dusty in the room. Carpets are thick with grime, I could not step on the carpet bare footed Morning breakfast, members of staff took their time chatting instead of serving breakfast. I had to go and ask twice for breakfast Please be serious and save us from that joke of a service

arrived around 3pm and checked in at the bar as instructed I received a warm welcome and even had my case carried up the stairs (no lift). I was given room 3, a single which was more than adequate with large single bed (very comfy) separate bath tub and wc plus t & coffee- I was pleasantly surprised. The wall mounted tv worked efficiently, there was sufficient storage and hanging space for my two night needs & the t and milks were topped up as requested. brekky was adequate and I enjoyed my stay. The ten am check out was a bit of a problem on the second morning as my train wasn’t until noon (less than 5 minutes walk to the station). the bus to Stratford, Warwick and Coventry goes from round the corner and the town is 7 - 10 minutes walk across the river bridge and past the pump room. plenty of dining options. good value for money but more a boarding house than hotel. I would return
