This is my first time staying in this hotel. The overall feeling is very good. The newly renovated room has no odor and the lighting is very good. I really like this kind of room in winter!

Everything else was good, except for the leftovers. The previous guest's tissues were still in the wash basin. I was thinking of calling the front desk to change rooms, but the front desk landline was useless, and the number in Ctrip couldn't be dialed either. This was speechless.
