It’s ok. Room was decent. Has a small gym and a sauna. Breakfast is very expensive in my opinion so didn’t bother my room key stopped working before I checked out which isn’t great.

The room is big and tidy. The bathroom is also great. The bed is so comfy! Location is very good, near the train station and mart. They have airport shuttle bus which is very convenient.

Very nice hotel stay, and quite a convenient location. The plus point is that it is near the airport. Theres a gym too, which is nice. Unfortunately, the customer service, overall, hasn’t been satisfactory. When booking the shuttle for the airport (a paid service), we were booked for a shuttle with a wrong timing, and the shuttle driver requested that we change the timing. Instead of resolving the situation amicably, the service personnel at the reception desk launched into a debate with us about the timing. That is not the way you communicate with customers.i

Given it was an airport hotel we arrived early morning after a very long overnight flight & the girl at reception told us we couldn’t check in but come back after 2.pm. There were no amenities around the hotel so we had to walk the street!! There was no flexibility with staff. Furthermore, no tissues in the room, only instant cheap coffee, no black tea, no spoon only 2 iceipool sticks & only one bottle water for 2 guests. !!

The location was close to the airport, and the facilities were clean. There's also a pick-up and drop-off service available if you book, but we just used the local city bus right in front of the hotel.
