Good location, nearby the airport just 1 bus stop but the bus arrived every hour. Nice room, clean and decent breakfast. Supermarket is in front of the hotel. around 8 minutes from the train station( Rumlang)

We arrived slightly earlier than the check in time. The staff at the front counter were really nice and able to check us in though we were early. The room was extremely clean and I enjoyed my stay there. Some things to take note would be that they do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. Also, if using public transport, the hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the train station. There is no shelter from the train station to the hotel. This is something to note if you have quite a bit of luggages and you are going to be taking the train. It was a great one night stay for us as we needed somewhere near to Zurich airport before our flight. Great to note that it is only about 15 minutes away from the city centre by train.

The front desk people aren't the most friendly ones. The hotel didn't had proper air-conditioning, neither did the lobby. All other basic amenities were paid and very overpriced.

Very nice airport hotel! Spacious room and great service with eateries and migros supermarket within walking distance! However it is quite a walking distance from Rumlang Station.

Nice location and good service!

Near to airport and just a few stops to zurich city! Hotel is clean and cozy! Only downside is that sometimes it takes awhile for the reception to answer the phone so we had to go down to ask for plates on our own.

Breakfast spread was good but there was no change at all during our 4 days. The gentleman who checked in was quicknenough but absolutely no smiling, cribbing about being overloaded. Rumlang station is good 9 minute walk. I was under the impression that there is some bus stop nearby but couldn't find one. Airport pickup was seamless. One of the highlights of staying in this hotel. Overall a very good experience. Wish there was enough variety for food as we couldn't have dinner there due to limited variety.

The rooms and linen are perfectly clean, the room has a safe, capsule coffee machine, and tea accessories. Towels are changed daily, and there is a free transfer from the airport every half hour. (at least during the daytime) There is also bus 510 from the airport. Zurich city center is 15 minutes by train (fare 7 francs). It is profitable to buy train tickets on trip.com. Please keep in mind that the hotel does not accept cash, meaning you can only pay the tax by card. Considering the proximity to the airport, the noise of airplanes can be heard very well,
