When I booked this hotel on Ctrip, it showed a double room with a 1.5-meter king bed. Doesn’t that mean that it supports two people by default? The order shows that if I need an extra bed, it costs +10 OMR. Since it is a double room, I don’t need an extra bed. I can just sleep on the same bed. When I arrived, the hotel told me that this room can only accommodate one person. If I need two people, For individual stays, you need to add 10 OMR, which is RMB 200 per person per night, and RMB 400 for two nights. The explanation given by the front desk is that I did not note on the order that two people are required to stay, so the default is for one person to stay, so now I need to add money. , I said that the order shows a double room? Finally, I added an additional 15 OMR and successfully checked in, totaling RMB 300. Meals and extra beds are not included😡The last digression: Before this, I read the order several times and confirmed that it was a double room. Very nice staff. The receptionist is the star of this hotel. She is helpful and very friendly to customers. Everything is in perfect order. I recommend this hotel.The breakfasts are great. I recommend the all inclusive option. I spent 10 days in a nice family atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

Prices are economical. Front staff is supportive. F&B staff needs more training on customer service. Breakfast menu is limited. Pool is very small. Overall budget friendly hotel. No underground parking if taking own car. Some rooms need some repair work.

Very good stay had in your hotel. I was happy to see Mr Omer and Mr Altamash at front desk. Appreciated. Also Mr Idress front office manager understands the requirements of the guest and was very friendly and helpful Keep up will make time for sure Only was issue with Mr Shyam during breakfast time. It was very experience with Shyam Over all excellent.
