This hotel is quite suitable for family trips, though the rooms are a bit dated and there aren't enough power outlets. There isn't much to do around here either. The food at the Chinese restaurant was really bad; they need to get a new chef.

Extremely dissatisfied. 1. This feels like a scam! I paid extra for a 'kiln chicken and fruit picking' experience. Before purchasing, I called to confirm this service, and the operator had a terrible attitude, saying, 'If it's written, it's there; if not, it's not. Can't you read it yourself?' I bought it anyway. Upon check-in, I was told the experience was at another location 25km away. I asked for a refund, but they said it was free and couldn't be refunded, even though I clearly paid for it on Trip.com. The next day, I drove all the way to the location the hotel provided, and it turned out to be just a restaurant! The owner there said the picking was somewhere else entirely. I was completely fed up! 2. Also, after visiting the hot spring, I started getting red rashes. I'm not sure if it was due to dirty bathrobes, the hot spring itself, or something else. 3. If you like to sleep in, definitely avoid this place. The soundproofing is terrible. I stayed in a room next to the elevator, and from 7:30 AM, there were loud calls from guests, and from 8:30 AM, the cleaning staff's carts made a deafening noise, making it impossible to sleep. 4. The facilities are very old. I do not recommend staying here.

Are guests required to wait for her to make one call after another? The receptionist at this hot spring hotel gave me an attitude more arrogant than that of a government department.

This stay at the Ligong International Hot Spring Hotel gave me an unexpected and wonderful experience. If I come to Shaoguan next time, I would also first choose the Li Palace International Spa Hotel to stay again, and would highly recommend you to stay at this hotel.

這就是一家非常非常非常有年代感、又破舊的温泉招待所ಥ_ಥ。設施真的很差，應該都沒法上星。比南崑山温泉大觀園還要殘舊，感覺這裏可以做恐怖片的場景，特別是晚上公共温泉區域都沒有什麼燈，很黑。 酒店房間應該還是蠻多，可是暑假期間幾乎衹開放了主題房那邊的房間，房間裏的洗漱用品除了沒有一次性拖鞋，其他倒是都有。酒店房間走廊很昏暗，燈泡應該也是好多年沒換新的了。 餐廳的早餐沒什麼可吃的，衹有粥粉面，還不好吃。幸好酒店外面就有餐館，但也不便宜，消費水平和廣州差不多。 這裏唯一值得點讚的就衹有空氣比較好了，因為四周都是山。

房間二手煙煙味有點重，不過煙民表示可接受，但建議增加空氣凈化和清洗空調。 温泉水有點濁，有改善提升空間。 風景很好，中餐很棒，推薦試一試。 服務和衞生都不錯，符合我對麗宮標準的認識。

這次入住體驗超值!前台服務很不錯，辦理手續很快，還主動推薦周邊景點。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適一夜好眠，衞生間乾濕分離做得好，洗護用品品質也不錯。公共區域安靜雅緻，細節處盡顯用心。性價比很高，就是私湯獨棟別墅距離有點遠。但是離中心區域商場不遠，無論是結伴還是閤家享受天然温泉旅遊都很合適 還有冷熱温泉水可選，下次來還選這家!

酒店比較老舊，網上看了點評還不錯所以才選擇了它，沒想到事與願違。絕對不夠五星級，能達到三星級水平已是很不錯了。特別是酒店的中餐廳出品特別差，還不如附近的農家菜，價格貴還不好吃，餐廳需要整頓了，不然散客沒法吃，它主要是靠旅行團團餐，否則很難維持。早餐相當於3，4星酒店的水平，感覺酒店欠缺管理，本人不會推薦這間酒店。
