一直覺得酒店衹要硬件達標，那差距就體現在服務細節上，而這間麗楓酒店從我還沒進入開始就已經感受到了體現細節的服務。晚上，在高鐵站前往酒店的路上，前台就打電話跟我確認抵達酒店的時間，並主動升級了房型。辦理入住時小姐姐業務嫻熟，還不忘告知有任何住宿問題都可直接找她，全程服務都伴隨如沐春風的微笑，房間環境很舒適，從窗户往外看可以看到江邊，空氣清新，因為起不來錯過了自助早餐，打算點外賣卻意外發現原來酒店就有配套中西餐廳，味道也是不錯的，下次還會選擇這裏

春節期間入住的，感受非常好！！相信平時有機會經常帶父母出遊的朋友們（特別是春節期間）也一定也會有跟我一樣的困惑。就是如何平衡好遊玩和父母的實際需求，總想着帶父母領略各種山水景色、但實際上父母年紀大了、除了遊玩要安排合理，每日的吃喝拉撒睡，都到了一個陌生的環境，更是要安排的方便、貼心。麗宮酒店就剛好 1、地理位置：酒店地處韶關乳源縣中心位置，關鍵去哪都不遠，父母出行沒有壓力！不遠處就是瑤族文化博物館，可以領略瑤族的各種歷史文化、政府的投入還是非常大，值得一去！（酒店經理居然説她們都不覺得這是個景點[破涕為笑]）。此外2、3公裡外就是著名的雲門山，可以遊玩玻璃棧道、還看到了舞龍舞獅等傳統民俗，上山有電瓶車+索道，索道排隊人多的情況下、還會用大巴把人送到山頂、很人性化、很友好。 2、設施完善：酒店有一大片温泉，還有中、西餐廳、甚至還有專門練書法的地方，春節期間設施也都開放、長者家不用離開酒店就能泡泡温泉、特別愜意。（而且他這裏温泉有一個亮點、因為冬天很冷，他在室內的部分也有很多泡池和桑拿房、如果不想出去就在裏面泡就好）。在接待那麼多旅遊團的情況下、還能保持比價好的服務、是比較考驗整體服務能力的。不過如果吃飯碰到團餐的話、建議直接到酒店外面那幾個餐廳吃、味道非常好、價格也實惠[強][強] 3、服務貼心：春節期間的服務肯定是有多打折、本來抱着這個心態來的，沒想到e服務真的很好。各種迎來送往、各種妥善處置和安排。聽酒店經理説，他們到了春節期間忙的時候，連後台辦公室人員、甚至領導幹部們也都要身先士卒、出來疊被子、端盤子、做迎賓等工作。。。而且還要接受專人的督導檢查，真心覺得麗宮酒店的管理水平是可以的。 哦對了，除了上述體驗外，關鍵價格還非常合理！的確給我一家帶來了一次難忘的春節出行體驗。感謝酒店的丘經理、細緻入微耐心細心的解答和幫忙，給我們介紹了很多乳源的景點和美食，有機會一定還會再來！😊😊[愛心][愛心]
