Although the accommodation was a little old, the reception desk for activities was next door, and the staff were all very friendly!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the bus station and outdoor activity center. The room is warm and the hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel has a free sauna and gym. The room is a bit old and the bathroom is a bit trendy, but it is within the acceptable range. ,great

We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way. This was 5 star service when our predicament was not related to our stay. This hotel takes great care of their customers!

The hotel itself is dated and rooms are quite small. Shower leaked and needed refurbishment. The drying cupboard didn't work. The beds weren't the most comfortable. Staff were friendly. Food was ok, a decent salad bar available. The aurora viewing room is perfect to see the lights whilst remaining nice and toasty. Great location as less that 5 mons to bars/resturants.

Absolutely amazing family holiday! We booked through Tui, The Tui crew from the moment we arrived at Manchester airport until we arrived back 4 days later we’re absolutely FANTASTIC. Jolly Jamie , light up Luke, jazz Jingle, Jazz Jingle, cheeky elf, coco, emerald to name a few made our holiday absolutely fantastic. The hotel staff were all absolutely brilliant as well. The hotel itself is ready for a bit of a makeover but it’s a lovely warm environment with loads of character. The food was good enough for me for 4 days and I’m a fussy git. I can’t rave enough about this hotel, it’s staff and the Tui package provided to us. We will definitely do it again as Sariselka is also a great place. Thanks from the Riley family

Thank you for making this once in a lifetime so amazing. We went here to take my son to go and see Santa through Jet2 this trip was excellent and something as a family we will never forget. This hotel is brilliant and positioned in a lovely area. Maybe could do with a little bit if a update with new carpet and maybe a paint job but nothing that will effect your holiday. Tv is also poor but as so active didn’t really miss it what I mean would he nice to have one English Channel considering I say most your visitors are English. Also could do with the beer being a bit cheaper as worked out nearly £9 a pint but I was expecting that. All these are little things that may improve overall you still get a 5 star from me. Must also mention all staff very friendly. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back one day in the future.

Cozy mid-range hotel that as other reviews mentioned is yes, a bit dated, but provides everything you need. Rooms are basic, but decent, though be warned that toiletries are minimal so it's advised to bring your own. The sauna was amazing after a long day on the slopes. Breakfast was extremely fulfilling and the dinner was a great value as well although there are restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great stay for four days while hitting the slopes.

We had an amazing stay here with Santa’s Lapland for 3 nights. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was cleaned regularly. Plenty of storage and drying rail in the room. Great choice of food, particularly at breakfast. Saw the Northern Lights from the viewing room!

We didn’t stay here overnight but after picking up our snow suits from the nearby shop, we nipped in to have a drink. These included lovely hot chocolates (some with alcohol) and big baskets of red hot , nicely seasoned fries! Prices were as expected, service was friendly and efficient and it was a really cosy environment.
