Hotel Viñas de Lárrede

I have been a client since 2018 and we have been on several occasions, this last time we have left with a bittersweet taste, the prices go up but the quality and level of the hotel go down. Now it is much better known and more crowded. The staff has changed and it has nothing to do with the level of this hotel. The pool area is beautiful but I don't think it is adapted for hot summer days, on the steps to enter there were at least 30/40 wasps, it is understood that it is a country environment but they should adapt it because it is almost impossible to bathe, it was impossible to sunbathe, full of numerous wasps, horseflies (which all stung) and flies, the truth is that the environment is beautiful, but for a photo, not to be there for long hours. As for breakfast, I have also noticed that it has dropped quite a bit in terms of the staff there, we miss Dora a lot, her kindness and closeness, nothing to do with what we live... until the person who was there approached Taking note of what we wanted to drink took a long time, he was in the kitchen all the time without paying attention to those of us who were in the restaurant, it is not pleasant to eat with 20 flies in your food or dead in a juice. The dinner was very slow, we sat down at 8:45 p.m. and we did not finish until 10:30 p.m., we only ordered a couple of dishes and one of them was just tomato, I do not understand that delay when there were only four tables dining… several complaints were heard about diners because of the slowness and the waiter alluded to being overwhelmed… For the category of a hotel like this, they should take much more care of the details. The hotel is still beautiful and the surroundings very nice, but of course there are points that should be improved to return to the category it had in its day.
