The Westin Sacramento Hotel & Marina

Very dissatisfied with the service: 1. Booked a room with balcony, checked into a normal room without balcony. After finding out, I went to the front desk to tell them that the order was not shown and that I could exchange it after I checked out; 2. Two pre-authorizations of $200 were deducted within an hour. After finding out, I asked the hotel and they replied that there were many guests with the same surname, so the deduction was wrong. The pre-authorization will be released after I leave the hotel. It's ridiculous. There are too many Chinese guests with the same surname in American hotels, which leads to wrong deductions! 3. Low work efficiency! I checked out on the morning of the 15th. As of now, the two pre-authorizations have not been released, while the other pre-authorizations for the subsequent check-ins on the 18th and 19th have been released.

The hotel is still under renovation...the smell is very strong, and parking can only be done by valet. The $45 fee is not worth it.

Overall, it is the best in Saskatchewan, but the riverside is under renovation and cannot be reached. The location is a bit remote, but quiet. The restaurant tastes good. The overall service of the hotel is very good. All in all, this is already one of the options if you want to stay in Saskatchewan for a few more days.
