SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Sacramento Cal Expo

When I went to go to bed, I pulled back the sheets and was met with a sticky substance on the top sheet, and the ugly blanket they had on the bed. When I called the front desk to report this and to possibly get fresh bed sheets they first said that they would put me in a different room, but then they said they had no rooms left. So when I went to the front desk, they gave me extra towels and an extra top sheet, but that didn't really help management needs to check the rooms to make sure that the sheets and bedding don't have any foreign substances on them before the guests arrive.

For one night ok. Fine for one night and reasonably priced. However, it’s quite noisy as it's located right next to the highway. I stayed on the ground floor, and someone let their car idle right outside my door in the morning. Since the exhaust was only about 1.5 meters away, the room smelled like fumes. Other than that, it was okay—things happen.

I booked for 7 nights and three days left the place didn’t have hot water. I suffered not having hot water for the night and was never compensated for it (per front desk, because I booked it through a third party they can’t accommodate me at all), asked for a room changed and was told by the front desk that they couldn’t do it until the next morning, so never got a room change. The room had a bad odor to it that made all my clothing stink while I was there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Management is rude and if you run into any issues they will not work with you. You’ll just have to take the lost. Go elsewhere. There’s a reason why it’s at cheaper rate.

The service and yes the food was good . I’m going to stay here again .

Location is far away from downtown Sacramento. Free parking but no free breakfast. Room is ok but no drinking water.

Very things are good except the bed is too noisy when we sleep

Breakfast ran out before 9am Kept up 2 different nights people literally first fightin alot of strange people
