Checking in was smooth. "Pam" the reception has been very helpful providing me the room I needed - a quiet, high floor and city view room. Though the room wasn't available upon my early check in time, she assisted me in storing my luggage at the counter until the room was ready. She also courteously called me when the room was ready. Much thanks to her for her trained skill and professional work attitude. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is awesome. Everything you need is walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great hotel with a wellness spa all in one rooftop, location is near the border got lot of good restaurants around and the price is good better to book earlier as it is always full during holiday season

It was a 3rd times staying here, nothing’s to complain about it, everything was good

The room view on the 8th floor is nice, not too noisy so far (two nights). Air cond is very quiet. The Toilet flush design is excellent and uses very little water, I'm impressed. Items list display need to be updated as certain items were not physically there but still appeared in the list. Most hotel rooms these days are non-smoking, so please remove the item "ashtray"... Housekeeping needs to be requested. In house massage is at Level 3, and can also be requested to massage you in your room, I have tried a two hours session oil massage for 700bh, solid and nice.
