Nice hotel with 2 Onsen (one on the roof overviewing the sea). Rooms are Japanese style, big and super clean. Staff was friendly. I recommend.

The Kamo Lakeside Onsen Hotel features an outdoor rooftop onsen on the 5th floor. The large public bath in the west wing accepts shower gel. There's a performance in the lobby on the first floor at 9 PM. The rooms are of moderate size, and the breakfast and dinner set menus are excellent value. Definitely choose the dinner option; highly recommended.

The Japanese-style room was very relaxing. Although it was a breakfast-only plan, the breakfast was quite luxurious and delicious. I'm curious about dinner. However, I feel the time for using the hot springs is a bit inconvenient. If it closes at midnight, younger people might not be able to use it. There aren't many places to have fun nearby, so it might not be a problem, but Sado Island itself is very boring, and even though the accommodation was good, I probably won't go again.

This family-run hot spring hotel, with over 160 years of history and passed down through three generations, is a charming hot spring hotel on the shores of Lake Kamo on Sado Island, Niigata. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the Japanese-style rooms were spacious and bright. We stayed for two nights, and on the day we left, the hotel manager personally drove us to the ferry terminal. We were very comfortable and happy during our stay, and we would like to thank the hotel again!

The hotel is right on the edge of Lake Kamo, and the lake can be seen from the rooms, which is a good view. It's very close to the port, a 10-minute walk, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the bus station Imotocho. The location is very good. The hotel is an older hot spring hotel with older facilities, but overall it is OK. It is a recommended hot spring hotel for Sado Island travel.

A long-established Ryotsu inn with a long tradition and history. The room is very spacious, the hot spring is great, and it feels good. The kaiseki meals are plentiful and varied and very satisfying. The staff's attentiveness and service were very good and made me feel very comfortable.
