薩嘎找了好久，沒有很滿意的住宿，看到這個新開的，沒有人評價，還是看了酒店再入住的，有浴袍，洗澡熱風熱水很方便，房子裏也有電暖氣，店主會給你介紹的清清楚楚。很好！周圍還有好吃的湘菜館。

這種酒店其實就是私人店，老闆兼服務員和保安就是一個藏民，根本不知道什麼是服務，衹要入住別提任何問題和要求老闆什麼都不懂也不知道，其實客人就是買個住的房間一切別奢望。酒店沒有早餐。酒店大堂及房間滿股藏味很嗆鼻。沒有淋浴房衹有一個花灑，馬桶衞生很臟，房間也沒人打掃，毛巾都是黃色戴斑漬，湊合著住一晚也就這意思。酒店門口停車位就四五個，來晚就沒停車位。酒店隔音極差，隔壁聲音全都聽得清楚，一個民宿而已。

新開業不久，房間裏還有裝修的味到…藏族老闆態度差…被安排的房間床頭巨大一面窗子，晚上睡覺窗子漏風直吹頭頂！海拔4500+一夜基本無眠。早上退房的時候問前台要一瓶水想吃點葯，老闆直接瞪眼睛兇巴巴説“不給，每人衹有一瓶！”…媽耶～～

看得出來老闆初心想好好做酒店，可各種服務都跟不上，但薩嘎酒店整體都那樣，顯得也就是一般水平，作為旅遊縣城，希望能改進。

我那天住609樓頂什麼聲音挺大 每過3分鐘響一次把電話給前台也不接 幾乎沒有休息好 同他們説也沒用 有錄音憑證 後來打電話到攜程投訴

房間裝修得還不錯，房間也夠大，但是可能是新裝修吧，有甲醛味，空氣不是很流通，前台業務不是很熟練，辦理入住花費時間較多
