Front desk staff very friendly. Found used ear plug on floor beside bed. Found floss pick on bottom shelf of night stand. Not a lot of attention given to cleaning details.
Carpet in room and halls-ways stained and dirty looking.
Walls of the tub surround were dirty. Bottom of the tub looked dirty/stained. Toilet bowl looked dirty with grey water stains. Breakfast was very limited. Ok, if you like cereal, toast, bagels, muffins and waffles.
Overall the property needs improvements, upgrades and some serious TLC.
Would not recommend this place.

Dirty, black mold in the shower. Dirty toilet, dirty chairs, built in refrigerator enclosure chipped and worn wood with loose wood fragments, floors were filthy

I believe you need some renovation on carpets and some furniture. But anyway I love staying there every time I travel to Sonora.

It was a bed and bathroon. Carpet was dirty. Looks like it hasn't been refurbished in 20 years.
It was suitable for this trip, but I don't think I would stay there again!

The price was good. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were a good size. Loved having a fridge, microwave and iron in the room. Nice to have a hot tub as well!

Staff were superb. Overall good value for the price. Suggestion: Take a look at what you could do to upgrade the morning Continental Breakfast (presentation and bakery products). Thank you for the waffles!

Check in went OK until the room. Broken chair, TV stopped working. Coffee machine leaked all over. the "Free Breakfast. Few items. Waffle maker had stock waffle on it and no spry oil. TERRIBLE. When I reported all item to front desk they seemed not to care. Nothing done about anything.

I was upstairs, so quiet. For the price, a great stay. The phone stand had orange juice stain. I talked to front desk, but they did nothing about it. If that was there, what else was dirty.

At check in we were given a room that had wet floors since the carpet had just been cleaned. It would be a good idea to make rooms unavailable until carpets have dried completely. Thank you.
