The charming city of St. Augustine was made more charming by my stay here. You’re in walking distance of so many shops, eats, and entertainment. The hotel is as good as it gets for what you pay for.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. This was our first time in Saint Augustine and there was some construction near the hotel but the hotel itself very nice and clean.

Good property within reasonable walking distance of St. George Street and other attractions. Not a fan of the fee for parking but a minor inconvenience. Rooms were large, clean, and comfortable.

It was a decent stayed. Even though breakfast is complimentary, I do not recommend it The most that upset me was the daily $25 plus taxes parking fee, when it is part of the site. I spoke to a few guests, and they were complaining about the daily parking fee as well.

We stopped to see St. Augistine on our way home to Pensacola from Beaufort, SC. Our stay was awesome. We were travelling with our 2 shih tzus and Homewood Suites was able to accomodate them. Every employee we dealt with was helpful and had a smile. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, the perfect size with all the conveniences and amenities we needed. The desk was etremely helpful in suggesting a great place on the water for dinner. Overall, a very good experience.

Hotel was exceptional. Room clean and tidy.
Breakfast was adequate, nice choices. Food could have been warmer. Was not pleased with mandatory valet parking. Appeared to be adequate spaces both open and undercover

I liked the hotel and the view. However, the woman working the desk was not very friendly. There was cat liter not vacuumed up when we got there. They did clean it up while we were out. The fridge stopped working over night and food was ruined. I did ask to compensate the loss of food and the front desk woman was annoyed by that but she did take of the valet parking fee for both cars. I did like being able to walk to town from the location. I would give it another try because I do understand that second chances can be good.

Staying at a hotel and being charged 25 dollars to park is not a good first impression. The studio room was a nice layout but the carpet by the bathroom was soaked is wetness and the room had a bad smell. The managers welcome was nice with beer, salad and soup. Overall I was disappointed and will stay elsewhere next trip to Saint Augustine.
