I went for the spa day. As I was going on my own I was wondering whether I would enjoy the experience. I certainly did! I was made to feel very comfortable and everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed my treatment ( top to toe ) Ebony the therapist was very sweet. Happy to recommend this lovely little spa to everyone 😊

I visited for one night with 2 friends and we had a dinner, bed and breakfast deal. We were in room 10 which was a lovely size for the 3 of us with a fabulous bathroom (it can be made up to be a room for 5 but that would be a tight fit, especially with just 1 bathroom). The only downside was that it overlooked a farmyard which had a very noisy and smoky generator running constantly so we couldn’t open the window at all. There was a good selection of complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate and some Welsh cakes which was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable. The room was warm even though the radiators weren’t on. It would have been nice if the towel rail in the bathroom came on to dry our swimming gear. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a good choice on the menu. Breakfast was excellent too. Service was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The spa looked lovely and is defyon our to do list for our next visit.

Enjoyed a lovely Sunday morning swim with the children. The pool was warm, clean and fun. After a lovely shower and change we were ready for our delicious Sunday lunch. The lamb was superb to be fair, especially with the fresh vegetables and gravy. Sunday done right at this place and children very happy!

I would stay away quite a lot with nature of my work and found this accommodation everything that it should be and a little more. Staff friendly, good parking, very spacious and comfortable room and the food was excellent. Hopefully will get a chance to return. Swimming pool/sauna was an added bonus especially at the price. Probably one of the more sensibly priced hotels about.

We held my daughter-in-laws baby shower here - we had a private room and had afternoon tea - the room was lovely and the Afternoon Tea was the best I have had in quite a while. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be going back to try the Sunday Lunch as it smelt gorgeous 😍

The facilities were not conducive to a relaxing spa experience. The swimming pool had a very large family with kids who were screaming and shouting for 2 hours. The noise levels were so bad that it eventually gave us headaches. I asked the father to try and keep the noise levels down and he ignored me. The manager witnessed the screaming but did nothing about it. I raised it with the manager and her response was that we had access to the spa until 3pm so we could go back in now that they had left. By this time we had dressed and none of us had any desire to return. I explained that it was my sister’s 50th birthday and as a childminder she had wanted to escape the noise of children. I suggested that maybe a token glass of wine for her might be a nice token gesture. The manager looked at me incredulously and unsurprisingly no glass of wine was forthcoming. It was just disappointing that the experience was not enjoyable and no attempt to control the noise or apologise was made. Having said that, the management were helpful enough to reschedule my appointment due to a delayed arrival and the massage was good.

The facilities are fantastic. Swimming pool, park, sauna, spa, gym and hot tub! Elizabeth, Rachael and Reagan were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. We even got a private show of how they milk the cows! Which made my little boys day. I didn’t want to leave, it was pure paradise. We ate at the hotel at every given opportunity. The food was amazing. One of the best meals I have ever tasted was the pan fried chicken. Now you might think this sounds boring. But it was out of this world tasty. The rooms were huge, with a lovely modern shower and toilet. Very clean, warm and cosy. We both felt very much at home and if we could have moved in. We would! Thanks again to Elizabeth, Rachael and Reagan. We look forward too our next visit.

We stayed with two young children and would highly recommend. The staff were lovely, helped us to pick a room that was right for us. The food was really nice, and there is a lovely big play park outside for children, and they loved the swimming pool. The rooms were really clean.

Arrived early but was able to access my room. The staff were amazing throughout my visit, friendly, welcoming and happy to chat as I was on my own. My room was lovely, clean and peaceful. The pool was fabulous, clean and not crowded and my swim was most enjoyable. Dinner was tasty and well presented. Great nights sleep, on a very comfy bed. It was a shame I only had one night here, didn't really want to leave !

I would highly recommend, I had a lovely breakfast (absolutely delicious) and the coffee was the best I’ve had in ages. Our waitress Ri provided excellent customer service, we will definitely be visiting again. The restaurant was clean and comfortable with a lovely atmosphere.

Bit of a controversial title, but its true, if you are a towny you might find the pong a bit strong, but we are quite rural, so it didn't bother us one bit. (you soon get used to it anyway!) I shouldn't really bang on about the rural aroma because it is the ONLY slight downside to Llety Cynin. The Staff are great, very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the leisure facilities are first class, with a pool, sauna and steam room to go at. Breakfast is really nice, with a good choice of dishes (the breakfast roll is a particular treat!). The evening menu is also very nice, and the food is really very good. As an added bonus there are EV charging facilities on site There are some nice walks by the river, or you could just go in the gym and burn off the calories. There are spa treatments available, but we didn't try them, but it looked like a popular choice with the locals. We will definitely be staying there again.
