The room is good, just opposite the train station, convenient for business trips

Everything else is fine except that I used a credit card to guarantee 100 euros. It has been almost 20 days since I left the hotel and there has been no news.

The quality of Novotel is relatively guaranteed. Generally, you won't make mistakes. It has all the necessary facilities. The only difference is that the room is not very big, which is similar to other European hotels. There are not many varieties of breakfast, and you need to make your own fried eggs. The large terrace on the first floor of the hotel is a good place to spend time.

Very good. The French girl at the front desk is very pretty.

Brilliant hotel located in a very ambient part of town. Novotel Staff impeccable polite and friendly throughout my stay, offering up superb recommendations and advice with travel. A true credit to Saint Etienne Novotel. Breakfast and in general food was extremely pleasant, especially the orange juices. Very well equipped for a long day ahead indeed. Convenient location, at the very front of the central train station and our room was spectacular very well furnished and comfortable. Highly Highly Recommended.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Great staff, especially Leo in the restaurant. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain the local details of the menu that I didn’t understand. Made great recommendations. 10/10 stay!

The hotel is perfect with a beautiful, perfectly appointed terrace and a very pleasant water mirror. But the welcome is mediocre, carried out by students or apprentices in training, including the fact of making a card imprint exceeding the amount of the forecast consumption. I am well aware that the procedure is internal, and that software calculates the estimated amount rounded up to the nearest hundred euros. This practice does not exist in all hotels, and NOVOTEL should be different from Formule 1 or IBIS BUDGET where everyone pays upon arrival for fear of a recovery problem. This is all the more incomprehensible since the reservation is guaranteed with a credit card that includes our bank details. While the imprint reduces our outstanding payment, which I refuse! When you have an authorization of 3 or 4000€ per month, an outstanding balance of 600€ does not allow you to make a large credit card if your car breaks down or if you buy a last minute plane ticket for example!... Eliminate this practice and like all merchants take risks. The fact that a hotel manager came to give me a lesson on the subject is not acceptable: when I asked her if she wanted me to leave the hotel, she replied "no problem". Abnormal. As a result, I did not consume at the restaurant or very little... Too bad.

Séjour professionnel de deux nuits dans cet hôtel situé en face de la Gare. Des prestations conformes au standing de l’hôtel, avec un personnel souriant, des chambres modernes, une salle de bain ni grande ni petite, un petit déjeuner avec du choix. Idéal pour un séjour pro.

Chambre avec beaucoup d'espace Literie agréable. Télé avec canal+,bein sport . Menage correct . La réception et le personnel du petit-déjeuner toujours disponible et souriante et souriant

Emplacement très pratique, avec un parking souterrain, face à la gare et aux stations de bus et de trams qui la desservent. Une belle chambre très propre et confortable, avec vue sur la jolie place. Une terrasse très agréable au premier étage permet de prendre le matin son petit-déjeuner avec un bon buffet, ou dans la journée une boisson (un large choix au bar avec entre autres de bonnes bières locales... mais pas de noix de cajou ou autres pour les accompagner), voire un repas... mais le choix est très très limité. Merci à Léo par son excellent accueil!

Séjour parfait en parti grâce à la réceptionniste du soir qui a participé de A à Z à la qualité de notre séjour, surtout après un voyage de 6h en voiture plutôt éprouvant.. nous nous sommes sentie accueilli chaleureusement presque comme si nous étions à la maison (l’équipe du restaurant était au top également) La literie de la chambre plus que confortable Très bon petit déjeuner également

C’est le Novotel du « moins »…pourtant, chambre exécutive réservée. Accueil un dimanche soir absolument indifférent. Et chambre avec du « moins »: toutes les boissons du mini bar sont sucrées (rien sans sucre), pas de dosettes de lait, pas de « vanity set », deux petits gobelets en carton en tout et pour tout, pas de gobelet dans la salle de bains….et aucune touche personnalisée d’accueil (Gold All). Franchement….décevant !

Nous nous sommes rendu chez novotel pour manger dans leur restaurant. Le thème du moment manger dans des bulles exterieur raclette et fondue. UN MOMENT EXCEPTIONNEL !!! Repas merveilleusement bon le personnel très sympathique !!!! Allez y les yeux fermés !!!!!
