We have visited the restaurant many times and each visit has been a memorable gastronomic experience. The menu changes according to the season and there is considerable choice for all tastes and the wine list is something to die for - and this is coming from a French man! The food is scrumptious and presented in an appealing way and the quantities have been just right. The hostess and other waitresses manage us with professional skill - and that’s really saying something! The chef’s creative skills and combination of flavours and colours shows that he is a real artist. Do try it. You will want to return.

Needing a comfortable accommodation on my way from Paris to the French Alps and close to the Jura, I selected the Hostellerie Bressane following online search and guest reviews. It has so far been one of my best decisions... The hotel is architecturally stunning (for those interested in local culture / history), while the room I was in was brand-new, with impeccable bedding, modern bathroom, and efficient air-conditioning. Wifi was a life-saver as the mobile network had been disrupted earlier in the day because of heavy rain and strong winds, on my way to the hotel. Dinner was most tasty and well portioned, and the opportunity to discover Jura's white wines, which are truly unique. Breakfast was the freshest I had with an omelet to die for and REAL coffee. Last but not least, the Team was highly professional and very attentive: genuine hospitality that is unfortunately becoming a rarity. Thank you again for a memorable experience.

Petit hôtel dans un village situé à mi chemin du sud de la France, parking et terrasse arrière à l'abri du bruit, chambre avec baignoire balnéo, literie excellente, tv grand écran, wifi, déjeuner de produits locaux, chambre rafraichie. Bonne étape. 09.2023

Menu très fin , excellent .amuse gueule a l'apéritif . Vraiment très bonne table de l'entrée au dessert .nous étions 12 à table tout le monde sans exception à adoré don menu .je recommande sans hésiter

Une belle maison! La bâtisse a beaucoup de cachet et on s'y sent tout de suite "comme à la maison". A taille humaine, l'hôtel comporte 7-8 chambres; l'équipe est attentionnée, cela respire le professionnalisme et le sens de l'accueil. Chambres rénovées récemment, bonne literie. Très bon dîner, avec des plats qui mettent à l'honneur la gastronomie bressane. Le petit-déjeuner est composé de produits faits maison, et/ou locaux. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir à la fois la Bresse et le Jura qui n'est pas loin!

Belle bâtisse ancienne, pleine de charme et restaurée avec goût. Très bon accueil, sympathique et efficace. Chambre 2 de belle dimension, grand lit avec une excellente literie. Sdb agréable avec douche à l’italienne. Côté rue avec peu de passage la nuit, peut-être privilégier côté cour, mais rien de gênant. La restauration est excellente, les plats sont très bien travaillés et présentés. Nous avons dîné deux soir et nous nous sommes régalés. Bravo à l’équipe. Belle carte des vins à des prix abordables. Belle salle de restaurant avec de belles peintures murales, de même pour la salle du petit déjeuner. Buffet complet avec des produits locaux. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain et recommandons. Bravo à toute l’équipe.

Un accueil très chaleureux, notre chambre avec un grand lit est surtout une bonne literie, l hôtel a un parking qui est fermé le soir , ( s il est complet il y a des places en dehors de l hôtel, un petit-déjeuner excellent ,on a du choix, on reviendra avec plaisir mais la prochaine fois on se fera un repas au restaurant
