Staff at the front desk were all friendly.
Front desk is closed before the check-in time and at night. Suitcases cannot be kept when you arrive there before the check-in time.

Lovely little hotel. Small, compact, clean room with helpful staff. No parking, but plenty of free parking a short walk away. Easy walking distance to bars, restos, beach and harbour. Bonus - dog friendly.

Courteous welcome, very honest room for the price compared to other hotels. A bit noisy if you open the windows, but air conditioning inside. Flawless sweet breakfast, croissant, pain au chocolat, coffee beans machine, jam, tea, orange’fresh breads, etc nothing is missing. In short, nothing to complain about for this stay. 500m from the pedestrian street.

Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. It is a practical hotel, renovated and sufficient to spend one night, in our case. The room was not facing the road so it was quiet. Another plus is that it is very close to the train station.

Un hôtel bien situé a 2 mns à pied du centre. Parking facile en face, a la gare. Et gratuit. Chambre propre, confortable et silencieuse. Petit déjeuner simple mais avec de bons produits. Un accueil charmant et professionnel. Je recommande vraiment.

Petit hôtel situé à deux pas de la gare, en bordure du centre-ville de St-Jean de Luz (la ville est petite, on est à la plage en 5 minutes à pied). Nous avons réservé en dernière minute et c'est l'un des rares hôtels avec un tarif abordable que nous avons trouvé. Nous avons demandé une chambre calme et avons reçu une chambre donnant sur l'arrière (c'est le cas de la moitié d'entre elles) plutôt que sur la rue, un geste que nous avons beaucoup apprécié, d'autant plus qu'il y a en ce moment des travaux dans la rue. La chambre est petite mais jolie et fraichement rénovée. Je recommande.

Hôtel situé à côté de la gare ce qui est un plus si vous arrivez en train. Par contre, il est difficile de se garer en voiture, d'autant que St Jean de Luz est en plein travaux. C'est plutôt difficile de trouver une place Bon accueil Les chambres sont corrects et le petit déjeuner moyen.
