We arrive, the room is not ready, when we arrive in the room we have to make our beds ourselves with only two covers placed on the bed, no cleaning during the stay, no provision of clean towels during the stay  but otherwise very friendly staff 

Our stay was very disappointing. We opened the door to our studio no. 28, the smell of dead mice or rats coming from the bathroom was horrible to bear. We turned on the television, nothing worked at first then we found 3 or 4 channels: we notified the staff at reception who had to come and see... nothing was done. The shower not clean: hair and dirty joints plus completely oxidized and rusty shower head yuck! a wet towel was drying on the heated towel rail! We just slept from midnight until 6:30 a.m. when we had to make our own bed. Never before seen, we are used to traveling... we have never had to make our bed which was on a low base with four slatted legs! In the morning, we did not have bowls to have our breakfast. (just 2 mini cups in the cupboard) and the kettle bottoms with scale. We are really disappointed! we had to go and have breakfast elsewhere! It was the gentleman’s birthday, it wasn’t a nice memory! We who came to spend 3 days in Montpellier Sète! We request reimbursement for our stay and count on your good understanding and commercial respect!

The welcome was rushed, the staff did not always respond to our hellos. The change in access code was not notified to us, we were stuck outside one evening. The parking lot is too small. A large proportion of residents live there monthly or year-round.

Well located residence but big surprise one afternoon in the swimming pool with the presence of a woman in a burkini despite the regulations prohibiting it. It was visible to everyone, even the reception who did nothing to prohibit it. The next day, another in a burkini bathed there peacefully. It doesn't make you want to go to the swimming pool.

review the cleanliness and bedding, no answer on the phone for 2 weeks but value for money ok there was never anyone at reception unfortunately on the other hand it is well located despite the distance

The staff is really great, listens and finds solutions But the cleanliness of the accommodations upon arrival I really didn't like I think an inventory would be great and the swimming pool I think it could be better But I had a good time vacation even though family residence

To avoid completely!! No respect, deplorable cleaning in the apartment to the rules of the establishment, accommodation taken with serenity option for cleaning, arrives on site, the floor and greasy jam stuck on the bedside table, a full bathroom hair and hair, disgusting toilets, breakfast and to flee, people are not friendly, and are rarely on site except a "security agent" on site but spend time on a Quechua chair smoking a shisha so okay...

Very dirty accommodation, mold in the shower, splashes on the wall, dust, used chewing gum in the refrigerator, uncomfortable click clack and bad smell from the cushions, smell of cold tobacco in the rooms.. the only positive point is the outdoor swimming pool,

Our accommodation was perfect for two adults and 2 children. It consisted of an entrance with a small complete kitchen, a dining room with a plasma TV, a comfortable bedroom, a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. Everything was perfect, you sleep in the silence. Thanks to the staff especially to the gentleman who waited for us until 9.30pm to give us the key. We will be back if we get the chance. Insufficient parking space in the car park which means having to park very far from the hotel without security and the cleanliness of the accommodation leaves much to be desired. (The convertible sofa only made a bed)

Unfortunately bad experience Completely neglected establishment, friendly but totally unmotivated staff. It’s a real shame because 3 years ago it was perfect. It no longer feels like we're in a foster home.

Ce logement m'a permis d'avoir un pied à terre aux alentours de Montpellier, même si la propreté du logement à l'entrée laissait à désirer.
