4.5/ 5ExcellentThe location is very good, opposite the harbour, next to the shopping centre, and the hotel is very convenient to connect to the shopping centre. The layout of the hotel room is reasonable, that is, the bathroom is a bit small, but the facilities are complete. Breakfast is a set meal, the law is quite satisfactory, the service staff is very good, so the occupancy experience is still very good! Cost-effective!

The hotel is comfortable and the price is close to the people, and St. John's is a very characteristic city with a very good ecological environment. Driving in the suburbs, you can see the sika deer squatting leisurely. The location is right in the heart of the city. The fly in the ointment is that the hotel parking is not free.

Service was amazing and the hotel was very clean. We were in walking distance to many restaurants which was great. The elevator system was incredibly slow and stairs were only available between floors 1,2&3. At one point we had to wait 10 minutes to get an elevator from the first floor to the lobby. Aside from that everything was great.
