The staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Jane was so friendly, helpful and professional. I was here for a meeting with NBCC and she even upgraded my room! And....she signed me up for the rewards program. I also met George & James - who were extremely helpful and kind.
The young man (didn't catch his name) in the cafeteria was a ray of sunshine. He greeted every single guest that sat down for breakfast.
All in all - one of my favourite places to stay....because of the staff.

Lots of options for breakfast, quick self service. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. We attended a funeral at Fundy Funeral Home and St. Joseph’s cemetery very close to both.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast was amazing.
The location is perfect, loads of food outlets and shops very close by.
The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, it gets very, very noisy (especially the ground floor rooms) from around 7am to 11pm and you can hear the people in the rooms upstairs moving around (loudly).
The ground floor corridor gets very wet from the swimming pool users but it gets cleaned very quickly.

The breakfast was great as well as the location. The construction of the hotel itself isnt ideal. Noise carries easily so dont expect a relaxing or quiet stay and sleep. Bathrooms are looking really tired with cracked tiles and moldy caulking around the tub.

Always love staying at the Hampton. Docked one star because the hot tub is gross, she really needs cleaned. Other than that, it’s my favourite hotel.

This is an aging hotel. The bathroom needs work. There were hockey teams in running the halls but the hotel can't help the noise. It seemed after 10. The breakfast was good

We went last year and found dirty underwear in the sofa and chlorine made my kids sick, this year dirty crusty face cloth behind door, bandaid in the pool and again chlorine was crazy, I had to buy drops for my kids eyes. I want my money back. It was a nightmare.
