The facility is very old and the door cannot be closed.

2 night stop over in Nice. Great hotel location just a walk away from the shopping mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, with water fountains to top up bottles in the room. Fridge in room was a extra. Staff were happy to warm my daughter's food we brought with us on the first night as she has an allergy. Free shuttle to and from airport and to la Gare St Laurent du Var. Reception happy for us to call for pick up whenever we were ready.

It is all about staff and attitude. As a customer we seemed to be a major inconvenience for the front desk staff! We asked about when restaurant was open and that did not seem to be worthy of a response. We called in morning about airport shuttle and were asked if we booked it. As we had not phone was put on counter, end of conversation. I walked down expecting to see busy checkout, no one. Shuttle response was too much to ask.
One redeeming employee, shuttle bus driver, offered to take us early and very helpful! Stayed many times because close to the airport, be clear never again.

Nice hotel with a free shuttle from airport, very conveinent Shopping mall accross the street and McDonalds around the corner, good espresso there :)
