If you're seeking a quieter retreat, please be aware that this unit may not be suitable for you. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels respectful at all times, and refrain from loud devices or disruptive behavior. Safety & Security: The unit is for registered guests only. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed without approval, and extra guests will incur a $100 fee per guest per night. Guests are liable for any damage or personal injury they may cause. Please keep all doors locked at all times, and do not tamper with smoke detectors. Use of candles/incense is strictly prohibited. Grilling/BBQ is not allowed on the premises. Guests are liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause or incur on premises. We cannot accept responsibility for your losses within the premises or in the parking areas. Housekeeping Service & Essentials: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay, but extra cleanings are available for an additional fee.
