Please clean up after your pet in the unit and the backyard, if not, you will be charged accordingly. No pets are allowed on furniture, especially sofas and beds. Excessive barking will result in your reservation being canceled with no refund. - Short Term Stays: $50 per pet - Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $125 per pet fee ★ HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE & ESSENTIALS: Short Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
