Property Description
This Forrest Park condo is located on a quiet street just outside the Central West End. You'll have access to a gated, reserved parking space and a private deck with unique lighting. The recently updated bathroom has heated floors including the shower and bench seat. Forest Park and the Central West End are a short walk away. There are a handful of restaurants and bars on the same block and a shaded street to get to and from them.
1 bedroom condo in a gated property with an assigned parking space. The living room has a large sectional couch. There's a full size washer and dryer to use and everything you need to cook and enjoy the benefits of a condo.
You have one reserved parking spot that you can access with a remote located inside the condo. Additional parking is on the street. Don't forget to keep in mind the street cleaning schedule to avoid getting a ticket.
The DeBaliviere Place neighborhood is quite diverse in its housing stock, ranging from beautiful single family homes to upscale renovated apartments and spacious condominiums. Shops and businesses line DeBaliviere, Belt, Clara and Delmar. The MetroLink light rail system stops on DeBaliviere and on nearby Delmar. The neighborhood is across the street from Forest Park, two blocks from Washington University, right next door to the popular Central West End, and close to the Delmar Loop.
If you leave with the gate remote there's a $200 charge. It's a special remote that is expensive and difficult to get reprogrammed.
A damage deposit of $250 will be held in your Credit card used to book via the Credit card hold method and the held amount will be with us for a period of 7 days which will start 4 days before your checkout. Absolutely love this little place!!
It’s very secluded from people and kind of hidden which I loved. Quite neighborhood and easy access to everything around. The apartment itself is very nice and updated. I loved the shower and it’s heated floors. It has many windows with great lighting. The bed was very comfortable with an amazing comforter and fluffy pillows. The only “problem” was there was no hand soap or hand towels so I had to go buy some hand soap and I left it behind for the next person. I would definitely book this place again!

It was a clean, quiet, and perfect retreat, but most of all PET FRIENDLY! And the assigned parking spot is #70 in case that information is not included in the Check In Informational email.
