The room was dirty , the sheets were dirty luck like they didn’t changed them for the day before, I always stayed in comfort in before and it’s the first time happened

Room 201-Disappointed
The location is right off the highway, so convenient to almost anywhere. Staff nice, friendly, it was quiet. Best thing about breakfast is the waffle imo...the sausage is terrible (that's any Comfort Inn I've booked). The bed looked inviting (clean linen, nicely made) but that mattress was not very comfortable. The metal mattress support clanked & squeaked with EVERY move or if you touched the bed. It definitely wasn't cleaned properly. Hair in the shower, bathroom floor & on the toilet seat lid as if someone had just combed their hair. Dust, hair, crumbs etc visible around the bed, under table/chairs. I bought my own cleaning products to clean/sanitize (I always do). But shouldn't have to do an entire bathroom cleaning. I was too tired to gather all my things & move for the 2nd night, besides I didn't want to potentially have to clean another room. I use Comfort Suites a lot, I usually stay at a different location, decided to try this one. The trim in the room and the lobby fell off by simply bumping into it. Unsure I would stay here again.

Dirty floors and shower.
We have been staying while taking treatment at Siteman Cancer Center in St Loius.
Our first 2 visits the bathrooms were clean and the time the bathrooms floors were dirty and the shower was dirty long black hair on the floor. I shared my concerns, no response. This last visit none of floors were clean, especially the bathroom.
Nice place housekeeper not doing a good job.

Comfort Inn & Suites on Lafayette
Breakfast was decent and good. The bed was clean and comfortable. The area of the hotel wasn't terrible, it was an alright area. I didn't feel threatened or scared. Good thing, the parking lot is gated. Clean hotel overall to be located in downtown Saint Louis.

Close to freeway and convenient location. Bed was awesome and so were the pillows. Very comfortable and restful sleep. Quiet place to stay. Some utility issues though. Toilet did not flush properly. Got moved to a different room. Tub faucet dripped. Slow draining tub. Two conditioner bottled mounted instead of shampoo and conditioner. But overall it met the needs for a clean overnight stay.

The rooms were very nice. Some staff was great but a few were not. The neighborhood had some not so great spots near us
