When traveling, I usually like to stay at Hampton Inn hotels. Me, my mother and our friend make this trip every year to St. Louis and we try to stay at this Hampton Inn and Suites hotel. The staff are wonderful, and the rooms are great. They have a great breakfast buffett. It was another positive lodging experience. We will definitely be back to this hotel again next year.

I’ve run the Hot Chocolate race in Forest Park many times and stayed at the Hampton. It’s convenient and well maintained. My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 10. We got back at 10:03 and were treated rudely with we asked to grab a couple things. It would be nice for those of us running the race to have time for breakfast after returning.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn. Rooms were clean, facilities were well-maintained. Couple of small issues were that the drapes didn't close tight, so it was very bright early in the morning in our east-facing room. Also would like to see the $10/night charge for parking eliminated.

Stay was good. We were on 6th floor so it was quiet. Room was clean. Outlet didn’t work by coffee pot though. Area was decent. Was able to check in early which was so nice after long drive. Free breakfast was good. Only complaint was staff refilling everything at breakfast openly complained in front of guests of people taking too much of the condiments. We paid a lot for the room so if we want more of the condiments I think we should be able to. There no sign to limit one cream cheese or jelly. Never had to pay extra for parking when booking a hotel. Feel like it should be included with your stay Other than that it was a good stay. Bit expensive but I know it was big event weekend and just glad to have safe spot to sleep. Overall good stay.

This day was amazing, NINA, at the front desk was very pleasurable, and funny. I really do appreciate her. She explain how everything went and was an all-around great front desk person.

Very clean! My kids loved the pool and all of the kick boards and pool noodles that there were to play with. I was happy to see the refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower, opposed to the little bottles that create so much waste. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
