Hotel Indigo ST Louis - Central West End by IHG

The over all stay was good , but during check out time they add the green energy tax even though it was prepaid booking.

My first stay was amazing. Steve the front desk host was amazing. Answer all my questions with a smile. I needed that because I was ill family visit. Everytime he would see me, he would greet me with a smile and answer any questions that I would have. So I decided to come back and stay the following week this time for business. The front desk personal was horrible. I have never been treated like this. It took about an hour before i made it to my room. Only 3 people in line. She was very rude to orher guests and myself. She became upset because I spoke to the other guests about the mistakes she had made with them. I wanted to talk to Mtg but she said no mtg was on duty. The next day I had planned to go to MTG but I was afraid that if I saw her again I would have some serious problems to deal with and it wasn't worth it. Replied to Dan by a text guessing the MTG but he never called or text me back about the incident. I'm never staying there again. And i hope the other 3 guest voiced there concerns. Other than that a great place to stay. My stay was on 3 March 26, the time of my check in was between 815pm - 930pm
