The attached picture is the window view of my hotel room. The location is very good right by university. The night view is nice as well.

The service was professional and polite, and the room was clean, and comfortable, and the whole facility displayed the perfect balance between modern style and class.

What they don't tell you... the hotel's lobby is on the 12th floor!!! Once you're checked in, your key card is needed to use the elevator as well as access your room and parking. I think the front desk attendant was REALLY new because she couldn't answer any questions we had, it was a guest who told us about the elevator! The hotel was clean and comfortable, as well as entertaining! Now that we know the quirks, we'll definitely stay here again. (view from our room)

This was a splurge for Anniversary and we were not disappointed. Rooftop bar had drinks and excellent flatbreads.

Location was perfect for my purpose - attending a show at Fox Theatre. Self-Parking lot was easy; price was fair. Restaurant served good food, although service tended to be slow at breakfast. In our king bed room, there were several things that concerned me. The shower needs at least one grab bar, for safety. King bed had built-in reading light on one side only; two are needed. The light fixture on the other side of the bed had a high-mounted switch - difficult for a short person to reach. Desk chair did not fit comfortably under desk. Room cleaner needs tool to unlock soap dispensers in shower and/or training in its use -- the body wash was empty on arrival. Provide more than 1 set of towels per person. Nightstand on one side of bed was hollow metal and makes a gong sound when you a cup down on it. In the armoire, the closet rail for coat hangers is too high - hard to reach even for someone 6 feet tall. There were plenty of electrical outlets but the one by the desk was a bit hard to reach because it was under the window. Bed was very comfortable. The room was reasonably quiet. Summary: most of my complaints relate to room and furniture design. This is why I feel all architects should be compelled to live or work in a space they have designed.

nice place! stayed two nights. had to ask for more towels, washcloths and room coffee , even with service thing on door. Other than that, i hope to stay there again!
